Can't find a free desktop recording device, so I'm doing it by pictures.

This is a tutorial for compiling/hacking weapons for non-Orange Box games, but Orange Box and GoldSrc aren't that much different anyways.

This is supposed to get down to the very basics, mostly for people who have no idea how to start. Most of the steps will be explained in detail, and some screenshots (if i can fit some).

You could use camtasia's 30 day trial thing.

But since you already started with the pics I dont think its worth it.

Looks good btw, I've always wanted to learn how to hack stuff :D
