Are you fucking kidding me? The joke of our judicial system in video form

summary: Two guys one poor black man one rich white son of a minister. Black man robs a man with a friend at gunpoint for the cash in his wallet (i think the video said $2) and then gives the man his wallet back. He gets caught and is put on probation for 10 years. A few weeks after being put on probation he is tested positive for marijuana use and is put in jail for LIFE. White man shoots and kills a male prostitute in the back (which means he wasn't facing the man who shot him, which means more than likely he was getting the fuck out of there). He like the black man is put on probation for 10 years. He uses cocaine multiple times and even attacks a ladies home with a hammer and breaks in during his probationary period. 10 years later his probation is over and his record is clean. Oh and by the way the judge was the same for all the cases. Yah I just saw this on Digg and what the fuck is this bullshit? No I'm not saying the black man is a saint and I'm sure he has probably done other illegal things in his life other than rob a guy. But under the circumstances of what the law actually witnessed this is complete bullshit what happened to this guy. It honestly shows nothing but complete ignorance to the entire world as to how a modern civilization handles matters of justice. The kid smoked a fucking joint. Now I don't know about you but I have smoked marijuana before and let me tell you it should not be a fucking crime. Hell I've done shit perfectly legal that has more long term risks and is more hazardous than marijuana, not to mention it can fuck you up even more. This guy should not have been in jail for a year let alone 16 fucking years with no end in sight. Hell marijuana is going to be legal before this guy gets fucking out possibly. Then the white man, oh the fucking white guy. WHAT IN THE FUCK IS THIS SHIT? Just because his dad is some fucking douchebag minister (who is a dirty hypocrite piece of shit) he gets to go around killing gay male prostitutes? Without even going to jail! I guess shooting and killing a man is as bad as holding up a guy for $2 in the courts eyes. Oh and then doing cocaine (which is classified as an actual BAD drug) multiple times and breaking into some womans home isn't anything to worry about either lets just let this guy send us a letter once and a while and tell us what he is doing while he is on probation. Shit like this reminds me how fucked up our country really is sometimes.

It shouldn't of even been in the courts, it's our fucking right.

I really truly doubt that everyone will ever be treated the same. People will always have hatred for others. I don't really see a solution. The best thing you can do is make sure you don't fall into the same category as that judge.

First of all it doesn't matter what country you live in, as long as you actually put up with racism you might as well be a card carrying klansmember in my opinion. People who just don't care about things let shit like this happen. They will continue to get away with this shit if nobody cares enough to say/do anything about it. This story isn't just about racism anyways as far as I'm concerned. I would say it is more about poor people vs the rich and undeserving. Just because this guys dad is some rich minister (guess giving your life to god isn't everything you also need to be LOADED) he actually got away with murder and didn't have to spend more than a year in jail. Meanwhile the man who was poor and couldn't actually afford a lawyer got thrown into jail for 16 years because he smoke a joint. Putting up with shit like this is just bullshit and any intelligent human being can see that.

The funny thing is, there isn't anything they can do after you've taken the drugs. Laws are all about possession of them.
