The speed loader could use some defining, it looks like it's realy rounded. and rather than using the wood like that, create a new layer fill it with a brownish colour and set than would to soft light, then use solid colours of brown darker and lighter variants to give it grunge it's alot better that way for tf2, as it keeps detail with out ruining the feel of the game.
