The revolver is done, though I can't say I'm pleased with the way it came out. It's good enough to release, but I'm definitely revisiting it when I get more time.

I decided if i'm going to get a good computer, i may aswell get a pwnage graphics card. So i will probably get the 4870x2. Also, do you know why they decided they would make a card with ddr3 ram instead, of ddr5. I find in stupid when they could lower the ram from 2gig to 1gig instead. It shouldn't change performance too much should it?

Lol i still haven't made an account at OCAU, i should probably do that. I'm saving all my money from now to put to a computer. I hope the 4870x2 drops a bit soon as the card looks really really good (little microstuttering). Hopefully the CPU's will drop a bit when the nethalean's come out aswell. XD

Patience. The revolver is probably next for me, and after that it's only a matter of time before the ubercannon and flamethrower both get done. I WILL be doing all three, is the point I'm trying to make. It's just a matter of when. I'm in school now so I have a lot less time to devote to this, but I fully intend to keep doing it.

My plans for my pc are looking like this right now: Link I also want to get some blue cathodes, maybe upgrade cpu cooler to the extreme and look around and try and get parts cheaper. The other website has the HD4870 powercolor for $20 cheaper so i might get that, and save that money. + i like powercolor better.

Yeah, i will get the 620 watt psu. Not sure about the cpu though, it's only $15 lol. Also how much is the patriot extreme ram? And umm, how far do you think i could safely overclock my parts. One last thing. See this video. He makes the cm690 look awesome with bright blue led fans. Could you recommend a good, reasonably quiet fan brand. Is thermal paste worth the money aswell?

The CPU is an extra $16 for an extra .16Ghz. Clownfart suggested i get the 750W, but meh. Umm what kind of benches will i get with this system you think?

Link Good pc setup? Pretty much that same as the one you suggested. What kind of cooling do you suggest i use, and do you have any good informative websites about overclocking, i want to learn about the risks in terms of premature computer death etc.

It's done. Personally I like the light wood variant the least, but the others are pretty much on par with each other. Overall I think it came out pretty good. oh, and I decided to change my upic to be something more readable (though right now it seems to be still the old one on your message board). The 90 having a different font and color adds style points anyway :P

Yeah, I think so. I'm getting a lot of mileage out of those wood textures (I captured them from these really nice shelves I have in my room). I'm working on a backburner reskin right now, but I'll do your scatterguns afterward. and don't mind the name, it's an understandable error. I probably should use a better font -- I'm just really attached to "neuropol" :D

The P35 can do x16x4 but it offically doesnt support Crossfire. The P45 can do x8x8.

You do know that the X38/48 arent the only boards to do crossfire. And its not just x8x8 or x16x4 but you can get with the X38/48, x16x16 crossfire. YOu also have the P45 and 965 for crossfire on Intel's side and the 790F/FX on AMD's side.
