Before you are gonna spend more money than you need to. Listen to this; I've played WoW, I live in Europe, and I played on a US version.

Simply buy TBC in the store, activate it on the account. Torrent the US version of TBC, install it, and tada, you can play the US version with a european account. Note; after every update you will have to change the realmlist from US to EU.

Choose what you think is best, but this is cheapest :)
