After the defeat of the Soviet Union, America and the other victors of the previous war established a puppet government to rule. This government was headed by Premier Alexander Romanov, who quickly established close ties to the United States, and whom the U.S considered a valuable ally. However, Romanov, with the help of his shadowy advisor Yuri, had other intentions for the United States and much of the world.
