If Re-Buffer Persists Change to 128kb/s

If people say rebuffer is happening from more then 3 people. Then move down to 128kb/s.

If problem persist's could be your isp or os.

It could just be the DJ's upload can't cope. Mine sucks so I can't do 192, but I can do 128 fine.
